Smashing Smishing with MTD

Resecurity and reporting by The Hacker News describe a large-scale smishing campaign dubbed “Smishing Triad” targeting U.S. citizens by sending phishing iMessages from compromised Apple iCloud accounts to collect PII and payment details; the group operates a fraud-as-a-service ecosystem (smishing kits on Telegram), registered dozens of domains (many under .top) and used Cloudflare protections, while security vendors such as Zimperium report high proactive detection coverage for the observed domains.
