Mobile Security Is National Security

This article argues that mobile devices are an under-addressed national-security risk, explaining how always-on wireless connections, sensors, and location services make phones attractive targets for espionage and data theft. It highlights gaps in government mobile security practices and calls for stricter update/patching standards, real-time threat detection and containerization on government devices, and greater collaboration with independent researchers.
