Fox-IT observed a large malvertising campaign on April 10, 2016 that caused advertisement scripts on at least 288 popular Dutch websites to redirect users to the Angler Exploit Kit. The blog lists two malicious redirect domains (traffic-systems.biz and medtronic.pw with associated IPs) as indicators of compromise and notes the ad provider has filtered those IOCs; no confirmed infections were reported.
