City of London Police has launched 'Report Fraud', a modern national reporting, triage and intelligence platform replacing Action Fraud for England, Wales and Northern Ireland, featuring real-time analytics (via Palantir and Microsoft), a victim portal, proactive notifications, and rapid intelligence sharing backed by the National Crime Analysis Service (N-CAS). The rollout, promoted by the 'Every Report Counts' campaign, aims to improve victim experience and enable faster disruption of fraud amid rising losses and case volumes, with experts stressing the need to pair prevention with credible enforcement.
