Most Cybersecurity Teams Struggle to Find Time for Training on New Cyber Threats

An ISC2 survey of 995 enterprise cybersecurity leaders found that although training budgets have increased, many teams struggle to upskill due to lack of time, difficulty keeping content current, scarcity of qualified trainers, low employee participation, and limited leadership support; the report urges organizations to protect dedicated time during the workday and adjust workloads so security staff can meaningfully engage in continuous training.
