France: Three Regional Healthcare Agencies Targeted by Cyber-Attacks

French regional healthcare agencies (Hauts-de-France, Normandy and Pays de la Loire) reported a series of cyber-attacks in which attackers impersonated healthcare professionals to access regional e-health systems (GRADeS) and scrape patient identity data (names, ages, phone numbers, emails). The agencies say no medical/health data was exposed, compromised accounts have been disabled, affected patients will be informed, and incidents have been reported to CNIL and law enforcement; authorities warn of elevated phishing risk.
