NCSC Publishes Guidance on Securing Agentic AI Use

The NCSC, supported by Five Eyes partners, warns about the cyber risks of agentic AI—noting dangers from excessive privileges, unpredictable behavior, and speed that can outpace human review—and recommends starting with tightly bounded pilots, clear ownership and oversight, and industry best practices (least privilege, limited scope, temporary credentials, secure defaults, dependency management, behavior monitoring, threat modeling, and incident planning).
