AWS Unveils 'Continuum,' an AI-Powered Vulnerability Management Platform

AWS announced Continuum, a gated-preview platform that helps organizations manage code vulnerabilities end-to-end by ingesting existing findings, scanning environments, prioritizing issues with contextual reasoning, validating findings (including exploit construction in sandbox), and recommending or automating remediation. The platform includes an AWS Security Agent powered by frontier AI models to assist with penetration testing, code scanning and threat modeling (formatted in STRIDE), and starts in a human-in-the-loop "learn mode" before enabling more automated enforcement.
