Confidence Lacks in Threat Detection Across Non-Email Channels like Slack and Teams

A KnowBe4 survey of 169 cybersecurity professionals found that half of organizations lack confidence detecting threats on collaboration platforms (Teams, Slack, social media, SMS) even as attackers move beyond email; while email is still seen as the riskiest channel, defenders feel more confident about email than non-email channels, and many organizations do not regularly train users on threats to collaboration tools.
