Avoiding detection via DHCP options

This report provides practical guidance for red teams to make Linux DHCP requests closely resemble those from Windows 10 hosts by editing dhclient.conf (aligning the Parameter Request List, setting host and FQDN, using the vendor class identifier "MSFT 5.0," and a hardware-based client identifier), preventing reuse of prior leases with dhclient -lf /dev/null, and normalizing MAC OUIs via macchanger to reduce detection in DHCP logs and blend into enterprise environments.
