Improvements in Rogue AP attacks – MANA 1/2

This document presents research and tooling (MANA toolkit and hostapd-mana) that enhance rogue Wi‑Fi access point attacks by reviving and extending KARMA techniques, including responding to broadcast probes using per-device Preferred Network Lists, handling iOS/hidden SSID quirks, offering a scalable “loud mode,” and integrating EAP credential capture with automated cracking to obtain network credentials; it is a methodology overview, not an incident report.
