An Open Source Tool for Kubernetes CIS Benchmark Tests

This report introduces kube-bench, an open-source Go application and container that implements the Center for Internet Security (CIS) Kubernetes benchmark tests. It explains that tests are defined in YAML for easy extension, supports JSON output for automation, and provides pass/fail results with remediation advice to help administrators evaluate and harden Kubernetes master and worker nodes against CIS best practices.
