Evolving the App Defense Alliance

Google announced that the App Defense Alliance (ADA) will operate under the Linux Foundation, with Meta and Microsoft joining as founding steering members. The transition aims to advance industry-wide app security standards, expand collaboration across a broader member community, and continue the Malware Mitigation Program with partners such as ESET, Lookout, McAfee, Trend Micro, and Zimperium to enhance threat intelligence sharing and protect users.
