Chinese Phishing Sites: Stocks and Government Lottery

This report describes two clusters of Chinese phishing/scam sites—one impersonating Shanghai Huaer Securities and another posing as a government lottery—listing hosting domains, many now.to subdomains used as iframes, and redirect shortlinks; the author notes these sites are not covered by popular phishing blocklists and may remain online for some time.
