Adobe Groups Abused

A researcher observed a widespread abuse campaign on Adobe Groups where thousands of posts contain links that redirect users (via online-shop24h.com) to fraudulent online pharmacy sites (e.g., best-medshop.com). The report includes example post URLs, screenshots of the malicious landing pages and ads, and domain registration details for the redirector and destination, and advises platforms with user-driven content to implement validation to prevent such abuse.
