Say Hello to Mac Malware

This report summarizes macOS threat trends: an increase in macOS malware variants (from adware to spyware and ransomware), common persistence techniques (Launch Daemons/Agents, cron jobs, replacing user-launched apps), TCC and Gatekeeper limitations and bypasses, and Apple's enhancements to endpoint security (including TCC event notifications) which improve visibility but do not fully prevent attacker workarounds.
