MSPCFO analyzed security-related service tickets to evaluate operational gains from implementing Huntress across MSPs, filtering 670 TSI combinations and 8,188 tickets from Jan 1, 2023 to Jun 30, 2024, with constraints on active RMM-managed endpoints and MSP size. Among 62 Huntress-using MSPs versus 129 non-users, median time per ticket per 100 endpoints fell from 20.76 minutes to 15.28 minutes (26.4% reduction), driven by a decrease in tickets per 100 endpoints from 0.87 to 0.57 (34.8% reduction).
