From threats to apology, hackers pull child data offline after public backlash

A criminal group named 'Radiant' claims to have exfiltrated sensitive personal data for about 8,000 children from nursery chain Kido, published sample records and employee PII on a darknet site, and issued ransom demands and threatening calls to parents before later pulling the data and claiming deletion amid public backlash.
