Paidwork breach exposes data of 23 million users: Check if you’re affected

A March 2026 intrusion into Paidwork resulted in an alleged 11 GB database dump containing sensitive personal and financial data for more than 23 million users; the dump was advertised on a cybercrime forum in April and is reportedly circulating in criminal circles, increasing risks of phishing, credential stuffing, account takeover, and identity fraud.
