Ghost flights

Group-IB tracked a large-scale fraudulent campaign where cybercriminals created 95 fake websites impersonating major international brands (mainly airlines) and used Facebook prize/giveaway posts to lure users into submitting personal data and sharing links; the collected data is monetized for spam or sold, and victims may be redirected to malware, paid subscription scams, or have devices compromised—Group-IB and affected brands have issued warnings and taken down fraudulent resources.
