Fast, smart, and private: Group-IB introduces AI Assistant

This report introduces Group-IB’s AI Assistant, an AI-driven capability within its Threat Intelligence platform that accelerates cybersecurity analysis through natural-language queries, context-aware retrieval beyond traditional RAG, and structured outputs (text, tables, links) while maintaining strict data privacy by operating entirely in Group-IB’s infrastructure on Llama 3.3. It highlights efficiency gains over manual workflows and demonstrates use cases such as identifying prevalent MITRE ATT&CK techniques, prioritizing actively exploited CVEs, investigating specific vulnerabilities (e.g., CVE-2024-1709), profiling threat actors (e.g., Black Basta), monitoring major incidents, and producing tailored, client-specific responses.
