The report covers three recent security stories: Anna's Archive published 86 million Spotify tracks scraped over months (Spotify disabled offending accounts and implemented new safeguards); insurance firm Aflac confirmed a June 2025 breach affecting 22.6 million individuals with sensitive PII and medical data and is notifying affected parties; and the US Department of Justice seized a domain hosting stolen credentials used in a large phishing-driven bank account takeover scheme that caused roughly $14.6M in actual losses and continued activity as recently as November 2025.
