Emerging Threat: PySilon Discord RAT's Versatile Features

This report analyzes PySilon, an evolving open-source Python Discord-controlled RAT (current release v3.6) that enables remote command execution, credential and cookie theft, Discord token harvesting, keylogging, clipboard crypto-clipping, webcam/microphone capture, UAC bypass, anti-VM checks, and persistence; CRIL observed a surge of samples (~300+ on VirusTotal) and finds distribution via phishing and fake installers, includes technical module breakdowns, IOCs, MITRE ATT&CK mappings, and defensive recommendations.
