Cyble’s weekly honeypot report documents active exploitation of multiple high-severity vulnerabilities across network equipment and software (including Cisco ASA, D-Link routers, QNAP QTS, Progress Telerik, PHP, GeoServer, and AVTECH cameras), widespread Linux malware activity (CoinMiner and IRCBot, including supply-chain mentions via PyPI), 364 new phishing email addresses and thousands of brute-force attacks targeting common service ports; the report includes observed attacker origins, commonly used credentials, and mitigation recommendations (patching, blocking IOCs, resetting defaults).
