100GB India Data Leak On Cybercrime Forum

Cyble discovered an India-focused data repository posted on a Russian cybercrime forum comprising 137 ZIPs (≈28.9GB compressed, ≈103GB extracted) containing sensitive PII—credit and debit card records (millions of rows), PAN details, phone numbers, emails, salaries, and categorized lists (CEOs, government employees, NRIs, etc.). Cyble analyzed the datasets, noted links shared on GitHub and surface marketplaces, and notified CERT‑IN on 2 December 2020; the exposure presents a high risk of phishing, fraud, and widespread privacy compromise.
