59M US Residents' Data For Sale On Cybercrime Forum

On April 22, 2021 Cyble researchers discovered a threat actor selling a large PII dataset on RaidForums that reportedly contains records for over 59 million US residents (≈250M lines, ~246 GB); the dataset includes full names, multiple email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, dates of birth, income and extensive demographic and behavioral profiling attributes, creating elevated risk for phishing, identity theft and targeted fraud — Cyble recommends monitoring exposure, enabling MFA, using strong passwords and running security/anti-virus protections.
