Under the lens: Eagle Monitor RAT

Cyble Research Labs analyzed EagleMonitorRAT, an open-source C# remote administration tool evolved from HorusEyesRat, documenting its builder, compiled binaries and DLLs, and a feature-rich admin panel that supports credential theft, browser data recovery, keylogging, remote desktop and webcam capture, file and process management, shellcode injection, and remote system control; the report includes MITRE ATT&CK mappings, IoCs (hashes for several binaries), and recommended defensive measures such as MFA, endpoint protection, patching, URL blocking, network beacon monitoring, and DLP.
