Ubiquiti confirmed a UniFi Cloud upgrade caused an account association glitch on December 13 that linked ~1,216 accounts to a separate group of ~1,177 accounts for a limited time (06:47–15:45 UTC), allowing some users to receive notifications or briefly access other users' consoles; the company identified and fixed the issue and is investigating further.
