International law enforcement agencies coordinated to dismantle LeakBase, a major English-language marketplace for stolen databases and ‘stealer’ logs active since 2021; the operation included arrests, searches, seizure of the forum’s domain and databases, and identified many users from the platform’s ~142,000 registered accounts, while authorities warned stolen data often reappears on other underground markets.
