Cyberattack Hits Ukraine Agency Ahead of Major Asset Tender

ARMA reported unauthorized interference with its servers and officials’ registers ahead of the August 22, 2026 deadline for selecting a manager for seized IDS Ukraine assets; SBU and NABU are investigating whether this and earlier similar incidents constitute a coordinated campaign to disrupt ARMA’s operations or influence the competition. The agency said it will continue the selection process, has begun audits of seized assets, and will share information on possible email and data access with law enforcement while no perpetrators or technical indicators have been publicly identified.
