Thailand Enhances Cyber Resilience with AI-Powered Security Measures

Thailand’s National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA) and Google Cloud announced a strategic collaboration to bolster national cyber resilience, including AI-powered threat intelligence sharing (Google Threat Intelligence, Mandiant, VirusTotal), centralized monitoring via Google Cloud Cybershield, and incident response, forensics, and malware analysis training by Mandiant; the partnership also expands citizen protections by integrating Web Risk to block phishing and scams and builds on Google Play Protect’s anti-scam features—already preventing 6.6 million high-risk app installs—alongside new safeguards against social engineering, supporting a safer digital ecosystem as Thailand’s digital economy grows.
