Tabung Haji Services Back Online After October 8 Cyberattack, Depositors’ Savings Confirmed Safe

Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) suspended systems and services on Oct 8 after a criminal cyberattack disrupted operations; following investigations with internal teams, external experts and national cybersecurity authorities, most systems and branch services have been reactivated though THiJARI functions for password resets, new user registration and online account opening remain offline while recovery continues. TH has lodged a police report, notified national agencies, reassured depositors that savings are safe, and continues close monitoring and security enhancements.
