Falcon Shield Evolves with AI Agent Visibility and Falcon Next-Gen SIEM Integration

CrowdStrike announces enhancements to Falcon Shield as part of its Next-Gen Identity Security, adding a centralized view of AI agents across platforms and native integration of first-party SaaS telemetry into Falcon Next-Gen SIEM. The update targets identity-driven risks—especially from non-human identities and autonomous AI agents—by enabling automatic discovery, classification, and continuous monitoring of agents, visibility into agent-to-agent actions, a normalized cross-platform inventory, deeper insights into permissions and knowledge bases, and automated alerting or suspension of risky agents via Falcon Fusion SOAR.
