How to find Ubiquiti UniFi Protect assets on your network

Ubiquiti disclosed multiple vulnerabilities in UniFi Protect: CVE-2026-21633 (improper authentication, CVSS 8.8) could allow a network-adjacent, unauthenticated actor to access cameras, and CVE-2026-21634 (buffer overflow, CVSS 6.5) could cause a denial-of-service; affected UniFi Protect Application versions up to 6.1.79 should be updated to 6.2.72 or later, and the advisory also notes a prior critical RCE (CVE-2025-23123) addressed in firmware 4.75.62.
