Password manager maker LastPass says hackers stole customer support case data during Klue breach

LastPass disclosed that customer personal information and customer support case records were stolen after a breach at market research firm Klue; attackers (claimed by the Icarus group) accessed names, phone numbers, emails, physical addresses, and support/sales data, and are extorting Klue. LastPass says its own infrastructure and encrypted password vaults were unaffected, but the exposed support tickets could contain sensitive fragments; Klue identified intrusions on June 12.
