Prompt Security wants to make GenAI safe for the enterprise

Prompt Security, an Israel-based startup founded by former Check Point and Orca Security leaders, emerged from stealth with a $5M seed round to provide a platform securing enterprise generative AI usage and applications. Its offerings include a browser extension and IDE plugin to detect and control GenAI usage (addressing shadow AI and data privacy) and protections against prompt injection and jailbreak threats for GenAI apps, with plans to expand into development and testing phases; the CEO is involved in the OWASP Top 10 initiative for LLM application security.
