Hacker pleads guilty to stealing data from more than 165 Snowflake customers

Connor Moucka pled guilty to hacking more than 165 companies by exploiting a cloud provider (Snowflake), stealing billions of records—including call/text logs and highly sensitive PII from over 100 million AT&T customers—extorting victims for ransom and selling data on hacking forums; victims suffered approximately $9.5M in losses and Moucka faces sentencing.
