Anthropic’s Claude found 22 vulnerabilities in Firefox over two weeks

Anthropic partnered with Mozilla to run its Claude Opus model against Firefox and found 22 vulnerabilities (14 high-severity); most were fixed in Firefox 148 while a few fixes are pending. The team spent about $4,000 in API credits attempting to create proof-of-concept exploits but succeeded only twice, suggesting limited exploit development despite the number and severity of findings.
