Picus Security, founded by 3 Turkish mathematicians, raises $45M after simulating 1B cyberattacks

Picus Security raised $45 million in a Series C led by Riverwood Capital to expand its continuous validation and breach-and-attack simulation platform, which integrates with about 80 security tools to automate pen testing and rule validation. With more than 500 enterprise customers and approximately 1 billion simulated attacks for organizations like Mastercard, Visa, Vodafone, and ING, the company has grown to 200 employees, tripled revenues, and emphasizes an open, integrative approach to continuous threat exposure management.
