ServiceNow patched a software bug that reportedly allowed unauthenticated users to access customer instance data; the company said the issue related to Australian instances while independent reports indicate evidence of external access and provide an IP indicator (51.159.98.241), but the extent of data exposure and number of affected customers remain unclear.
