Google reportedly in talks to acquire cloud security company Wiz for $23B

Alphabet is reportedly in advanced talks to acquire cloud security firm Wiz for about $23 billion, aiming to bolster Google Cloud’s growth. Wiz, which provides cross-cloud security scanning across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, recently raised a $1B Series E at a $12B valuation and reported $350M ARR; the deal has not been finalized and neither company commented.
