US accuses Iran’s government of operating hacktivist group that hacked Stryker

The U.S. Department of Justice publicly attributed the hacktivist persona "Handala" and related personas to Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS), seizing multiple domains and linking the group to a destructive March attack on medical tech firm Stryker that reportedly wiped tens of thousands of employee devices; DOJ also tied the personas to prior MOIS operations (including an Albanian government attack) and warned the personas were used for psychological operations and doxxing.
