Sprinto, a security compliance and risk platform, raised a $20M Series B led by Accel to scale automation and intelligence across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, PCI-DSS, and CIS, integrating with 160+ systems to streamline vendor risk, vulnerability assessment, access control, and evidence collection; with 1,000+ customers in 75 countries (primarily U.S. and Europe), the company plans to invest in R&D, expand in traditional digitally enabled businesses, and compete with Vanta and Drata while continuing rapid growth.
