Google says hackers stole data from 200 companies following Gainsight breach

Google and Salesforce confirmed a large-scale supply-chain data breach in which attackers accessed and exfiltrated customer data from Salesforce instances through compromised Gainsight apps, potentially impacting more than 200 organizations. The Scattered Lapsus$ Hunters collective (including ShinyHunters) claimed responsibility and plans to extort victims; multiple affected vendors are investigating and some have revoked integrations or tokens as remediation.
