CrowdStrike fires ‘suspicious insider’ who passed information to hackers

CrowdStrike says it fired an insider after a hacking collective called Scattered Lapsus$ Hunters published screenshots purporting to show internal dashboards and claimed to have used Gainsight-breached data to target CrowdStrike and other companies; CrowdStrike denies a systems compromise and says customer protections remained intact while turning the matter over to law enforcement.
