UK domain giant Nominet confirms cybersecurity incident linked to Ivanti VPN hacks

Nominet, the U.K. registry for .uk domains, has confirmed an ongoing security incident after attackers exploited a zero-day vulnerability in Ivanti's Connect Secure VPN to access its systems. Ivanti acknowledged active exploitation in the wild and security researchers reported "widespread" compromises; Nominet says it has restricted VPN access and currently has no evidence of data breach or leakage.
