Bug in jury systems used by several US states exposed sensitive personal data

TechCrunch reported that multiple jury management websites built on Tyler Technologies' platform exposed juror personal information due to predictable sequential numerical identifiers and a lack of rate-limiting, allowing brute-force enumeration; exposed data included names, DOB, contact information, addresses, jury questionnaire responses and potentially health-related details, and Tyler has acknowledged and is remediating the vulnerability.
