ICICI Bank disclosed that a software error in its iMobile Pay app incorrectly mapped roughly 17,000 newly issued credit cards to wrong users, exposing full card numbers, expiry dates and CVVs to other customers; the bank has blocked the affected cards and is issuing new ones, and so far no card misuse has been reported.
