Remote access giant TeamViewer says Russian spies hacked its corporate network

TeamViewer confirmed a cyberattack on its corporate network attributed to the Russian state-backed APT29 (Midnight Blizzard); the company says the intrusion began June 26 via a standard employee account, was contained to its internal environment, and there is no evidence the attackers accessed customer systems or its product environment.
