CoinSwitch sues WazirX to recover trapped funds

CoinSwitch has sued rival WazirX after a cyberattack on WazirX resulted in an estimated $230 million theft of digital assets and left CoinSwitch with roughly ₹810 million (~$9.65M) frozen on WazirX; WazirX has sought a moratorium and proposed a scheme to proportionally distribute recoverable assets to users while the industry faces erosion of trust.
